Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to love our black garlic as much as we do.

Due to the perishable nature of our product, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or you’re genuinely unsatisfied, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Refund or Replacement
We will offer a refund, credit, or replacement if:

  • Your item was damaged in transit

  • You received the wrong item

  • There is a quality issue with your product

To request a refund or replacement, please:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

  2. Provide your order number and a clear photo of the item and packaging

What We Can’t Accept

  • Change-of-mind returns

  • Refund requests made more than 7 days after delivery

  • Products that have been opened or used (unless defective)

Refund Method
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
